At Tam's Shoemaker, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your fit. If your handcrafted footwear isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Footwear

Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our artisans inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
